Our licences explained

Non-Exclusive Licence:

This design is licenced to you for a 12 month period but remains available for sale in my Print Library for anyone else to purchase. Copyright belongs to Esther Sandler at all times.

Industry Exclusive Licence:

This design will be licenced to you and your specific category / product for a 12 month period (i.e. homewares or kidswear) and no one in the same category can licence the artwork. This ensures exclusivity for your products. At the end of the licence period the design will be available for sale again in my Print Library for anyone else to purchase. Copyright belongs to Esther Sandler at all times.

Exclusive Licence:

This design is licenced to you and only you for a 12 month period. At the end of the licence period the design will be available for sale again in my Print Library for anyone else to purchase. Copyright belongs to Esther Sandler at all times.

Purchase Outright:

In some instances artwork will be available to purchase outright. In these cases copyright ownership will transfer to the purchaser and you will own the design. Copyright belongs to the purchaser.

Recolourations

Under our licence agreements, designs are not able to be recoloured by the purchaser, but we are able to offer this service in house, matching to your required colour chips if needed.

Copyright explained:

In all instances apart from 'Purchase Outright', Esther Sandler retains copyright of the designs. No changes can be made to designs (apart from scaling) without prior consent.
